Thanks karan, i saw almost all the people have given their medicals upfront.. so it seems like upfront medicals is a common phenomenon for a family class sponsorship. does my wife need to tell this to the physician that she want to do the upfront medical examination??

i really thank you guys for ur advice on this. i ll do my landing first as suggested as it is hassle free. when i come back and get married, i see that sponsoring a spouse for permanent residence takes 1 year(processing time) from india. correct me if i am wrong. to eliminate this wait period...
