AOR may 2022 Linked and uploaded proof of payment same day, May 26 - they received the AD June 29 - Received information from MP that medical passed but expired, eligibility, criminality, security not started what are they doing all this time?

how do you apply for GCMS notes? through a company? it says you have to be a PR or Citizen to apply for GCMS on atip-aiprp.apps.gc.ca/atip/requestinformation

Do I then raise a webform with updated 5669 form? I forgot to include study visa refusal for USA which was long time ago.

is there a statute of limitation on disclosing this things on the background information? I mean if the visa refusal to US was more than 10 years ago, do we still have to say 'yes'?
