I think your parents can take the photo copy of their passport plus some other photo ids and it would be ok. Same is the case with my parents.

Congrats Sumit. E-cas is not reliable, you would get the passport soon.

You don't have to submit it again, just send your passport along with the PPR letter and you should be good.

I applied in Oct 2011. I haven't received any request for finger prints, do you have any idea how long it takes to get that request ?

Well, if the case is pretty straightforward, you should get your visa within two months. My wife got her visa within two months after submitting her passport.

Congratulations pjmin, you would get your stamped passport within a week . Does the canadian address appear in e-cas, if so your done, they would have send your passport already.
