I'm sure its a simple explanation.. but I get an error when i try uploading my form. It tells me I have not completed the mandatory lines or not entered it correctly.. but when I look at the document it's done right. Do I need to validate it or sign it before I upload it?

Sweet jesus. Do I have to print off endless amounts of pages to cover the ten years of employment? Scan them into one large document then upload it as a file for my online form? that stupid online submission doesn't let you use anything too large... wtf am i meant to do?

She was married legally so I don't think that we could be recognized as common law until after that which was July last year. So technically we have only been common law since after then which means my first tax return I'd file as a common law would be next year.

I can't transfer my visa to a visitor visa. My girlfriend would be paying for everything. So basically. it looks like unless I can get a work permit for my employer.. which as you said before he needs an LMIA.. and that takes four months.. in that time I might as well leave an apply for my PR...
