Yes u can. Dosnt make any difference. Other than u will get ur work permit in a day. Go to coutts. They r open 24*7. But for work permit call them and ask the hours of service for immigration related work

U r wrong in this situation. I know so many guys who came on visit visa. Got lmia job. Went to the border and get there work permit and working in canada now. Not just one i know hundreds of them.

What about his work permit ? Is he not gona enter again as a worker on base on his lmia work permit. Trv is required if he is requesting to come as a visitor which he is not. ? As it is mention on his trv visitor on his visa.

Why r u going there ? What the purpose

Its in BC and bc is more flexible about work permit thats it and as per people over there they never have any bad experience on that border plus less busy. Nothing serious just personal preference. Different is just an hour.
