    Received my card in mail today. I applied on June 4, card mailed out on June 19 and received today on June 24. No change in status anywhere online. Thank you everyone here for answering my questions throughout the process!

    No I haven’t. I haven’t even gotten any response from IRCC on the status of my application. I have called them several times. It’s usually long wait time, and I select the call back option, but I haven’t received any call back. Nor any response to my web form query.

    I am realising what you are saying is true. It appears that the tool should not be trusted unless an official communication is received.

    Thank you for the update. It does show June 17 as the updated date. and then it says rejected - and the reason being primary ID not provided. I am hoping it's just a technical error. I will call IRCC today. Thanks again!

    Hello, I applied for my PR card renewal on June 4th. When I checked the status through array - updateAt (as mentioned by someone in this thread earlier), the status is showing as rejected. The date of update is June 17, and the reason mentioned is " You have not provided a valid primary...
