Thanks for the reply. I already got the updated letter from the Canadian employer. I have around 8 years of foreign work exp. So I will submit notarized affidavits with the current experience letters that I have. I have talked to a person who got PR this way.

I submitted reference letters for all the companies that I worked for. But I just noticed that my current company in Canada did not list my duties as part of the letter. It just mentioned my position and salary. Perhaps that is the issue. There is another company from 2015 which does not exist...

So if I understood you correctly it is not possible to download the pdf from cic portal like the AOR and other communications.
