You should definitely reply to yours and choose Option B and add the details of your dependents. Basically, they'll add all of your family in one portal account instead of making multiple accounts.

It should say in your E-Copr document how many dependents you have and your spouse's details. I think she should be getting hers soon after you if she hasn't received it yet.

Just Reply to anyone them. A lot of people receive multiple ones (both in English and French). As long as you reply to one of them, with the required information it should be okay.

I don't think you have to worry too much about it. Because if they've requested pcc from almost everyone, it means they're still working on eligibility.

I did and they confirmed that a screenshot from the website showing the status as (Approved) should be sufficient enough. You just need to mail a copy of your passport, an express return envelop, the acknowledgment of receipt and a money order. So that's good news!! You did provide a copy of...

I still have to submit the pcc's because they've sent me a correspondence requesting them.

I am still waiting. Online it says approved but then there are no updates. I'll call the Consulate and check with them.

I called the Ministry of Foreign affairs on the number they have on the Acknowledgment of Receipt for the certificate application. And the person I spoke to had some difficulty speaking in English, however, she did confirm that it's ready for collection and said; if it is approved, it should be...

From what I know and understood, the pre-arrival services letter usually means that you passed eligibility and that you should be getting your pr soon. As to why they've sent it to you now even though you're an inland protected person, that sometimes happens. They do send it to some inland...
