Hello i have a friend in the same situation, how did it work out for you? What did you do?

I replied to the email they used to send my credentials for the portal, also raised a webform, and i called them using the IRCC number and selected the option for PR card on the list

i uploaded mine on Aug 25 then they rejected on Aug 30, i re-uploaded my photo same day on Aug 30… after several calls and emails I received my PR card on Oct 4… took about a month for me!!

Finally PR card received today :) … Thanks everyone, the forum was really helpful!!!

Hey Guys, How long does it take to receive the PR card in the mail? I received notification in my CIC account that the PR card has been mailed and also a notification from my PR Portal where it says approved and your case is now closed Thanks in advance!!

Yes i received the portal email from Montreal IRCC. I know people receive their Ecopr after 1 day or so but i know people have been waiting for a long time. I think it really depends on the officer managing your case..
