No I haven't raised a CSE yet, but I sent them an inquiry email, and they said I have to wait as I'm still within the normal processing time. So what do you suggest ? and how would requesting the GCMS notes affect me ? as I don't know much about the GCMS notes.

Well, here's the exact status of my ECAS & timeline: 1- We received your application for permanent residence on May 14, 2014. 2- We started processing your application on August 28, 2014. And I received the PER on November 2014. I don't know why I haven't heard back from them !!!! :(
