Don't worry you are not alone in this race against time. I have filled my application on 2nd july new delhi vfs, general category seneca college . Keep calm and praying . You'll get your visa.

i think under spp , result comes within a week as some of students got their visa even before a week. why it took 2 weeks for your friends result. do you have any idea about how much time it usually takes if its rejection or acceptance of visa?

when did you applied and under which category? online or paper? did you submit SOP with your application ?

Applied general visa on 2nd of july VFS delhi: advance diploma in advance biotechnology(research) at seneca college. Got ielts/toefl exemption from college but submitted my old toefl in which I scored 69 ,I guess this score is low. Would it be problem for me ?
