Ya I gave up I dont care anymore waiting till nextweek if nothing happens then going to India.

Ya it changed back to applican received last week but I don't trust ecas anymore. I think it's not ND who change status.

No it says application received and the medical line is gone this evening I am not sure what is happening with them.

@sanyrog Some times we cant help with this immigration issues because its not in our hand. Its about time for us who applied last year and if nothing happens by next week we are planning on living in india for good. Atleast we are together and most importantly relaxed and focused on more...

@sanyrog I am getting tired of this waiting and can you please tell me what is difference between email and CSE and which one of these two is quicker to get response and how long does it take for them to get back to my lawyer for an email that was sent two weeks ago.

Guys i am worried now when i use the file number it says application received god y cant they be consistant. I cant take this wait any loger.

They asked for updated form since its a appeal case, so the forms were sent dec 15th and today it says decision made. I am so worried.

Guys I am not sure if i should be happy or sad because it says decision has been made and when I checked the ecas yesterday it was giving me date when i sent updated form and now it is showing the date when i applied for the first time. so i am not sure what the situation is any idea? they have...
