My tracker status has been stuck for months, and today my background verification went from "Not started" to "In progress" as well. Interesting timing indeed.

On a positive note, the processing times are significantly reduced. PNP was 27 months during my August AOR, it is now 12 months. Stay positive, it'll eventually come!

Just venturing a guess, could this be a problem from your medical test center? Afaik, test results are submitted to IRCC directly usually within 2 weeks, is it possible that the results weren't submitted properly?

Yes my application is outland with dependents, but looking at your signature, you're looking for inland applicants with outland dependents? What is the question anyway?
