Does anyone recently finished citizenship test(sep 16-1sep 19) got updated to completed on status tracker? Mine is still in progress. I am kind worried cuz people usually got citizenship test updated to complete after 1 business day.

Does anyone know if there is a requirement on where we should place the camera during the test? I used a external camera. When I took photo of my face, I lifted it so my face is in the center of the green circle. When I wrote the test, I placed it on the desk. The angles of my face is different...

TBH, I don't like it. because RCMP isn't using trackable mail. You never know they are being delivered or not.

I was never lucky. I sent 4 emails in total, but got 0 response. My fingerprints agent told me if I wanted to get response. I should send email everyday, or just call RCMP. I actually planed to call RCMP after 1 month, but it turned out my BG check is completed after 32 days.

Yes, you should print out the instruction and bring it to the finger prints agency. I remember its on 3rd page, they provide you the address of the office you should mail. Specifically tell fingerprints agency to mail to that address, and they will need your UCI as well.

You are supposed to email them with your name, date of birth and DCN number. You should be able to find your DCN # on the receipt you received from your fingerprinting agency. You may start to email RCMP after 10 business days, That is what I have been told.

You may also try to email RCMP at CCRTIS-SCICTR@rcmp-grc.gc.ca to see if they finished on their side. But I was never lucky. Good luck.

No I didn't, I don't think it is necessary. As long as you followed the instruction they sent you on email.

Yes, it was from CPC-Sydney. I haven't received test invite. My tracker only has 2 application history, 1. Application filed 2.Background verification activity status updated. There is no update about fingerprints request on tracker (same as yours). So you should be fine, don't worry. Give IRCC...

I think it is pretty normal. I got fingerprints email on July 6, and did it on July 7. The fingerprints request didn't update on tracker, I only got the email. I have two ghost updates in between though. I have background completed on August 9. So it probably take one month for IRCC to receive...

I submitted mine on July 6. After 3 weeks, I have sent 2 emails to RCMP to check if they sent the result to IRCC yet. But I never receive responses from RCMP.
