Ecas updated for Oath on 24-Sep....Decision Made on July 13th....2 months after decision made and 5 months after test...total duration 7 days short of 1 year.

This has happened with both March and April Test applicants.......during this period CIC released new set of guidelines regarding old rules and new rules....its kind of transition period for June rule changes which might have pushed the dates further for us....anyways, we don't have any option...

It seems that...it was not clear during submission that, your passport was not renewed and CIC is expecting that new passport is not submitted...highlight that you have not renewed your passport after expiry and send your employment letters and Notice of assessments along with your application....

As per my understanding....it is not a refusal letter and they returned your application based on CIC's analysis as incomplete application...it seems they are asking for more detailed information as per the letter...send all your old and new passport copies along with T4/NOA's with a cover...

Great...atleast they opened your file and checked the status....I wish you to get it ASAP....even though my status is decision made....i am still waiting as you....Good luck

its really very random...i have seen people getting oath letter anywhere from 1 week to 2 months....i am waiting since from last 6 weeks after status changed to decision made....depends on CIC Location/ luck :). One thing is for sure that case is approved and sitting on somebody's desk for...
