I applied for my parents on September 27, 2021 through IRCC new portal, I haven't received any updates yet. Did call IRCC and got the temporary #, but no updates on online portal. Does anyone who applied online, have received any updates..?

How long did it take to change from 7 to 10? My app is updated on 12th Jan. Nothing else after that.

Submitted my application on November 21 and still no email with file # or ghost email. It's been more than 3 months and I'm losing hope here given how many of you have already got some kind of a response and many of you already received invites to complete medical exam, etc.

I am in the same situation as you. We submitted application for our dad on 21 November 2021 and have received no update at all! Unable to add the application to GC key.

are there also a bunch of document request in your sponsor approval letter? like biometrics, PCC, IMM5562 and IMM5546 etc.

Yes, but since I did submit those already aside to Medical request, I will just ignore that.

The PCC was submitted on Feb 12th by webform.

Just as update, Medical Request received today.
Applied on 19th oct and got ghost update on 9th Feb. No updates on portal or F12 tools.

I received just the medical request today. Applied on 24-Oct and was able to link in Jan.

I didn't receive sponsor approval yet and the status still shows "We are reviewing whether you meet the eligibility requirements"

Does it mean sponsorship is approved.

Hi, did anyone faced this issue? I took my parents to one of the ircc approved doctor for medical but they were not able to find the file based on UCI or application number. I can't even link the file to gc key.

can they search by IME? it is listed on medical request with a bar code. my doctor only needs this no.

they were not able to search with that as well

try another panel doctor. if the problem persists must contact IRCC to fix it. webform or email, and ask for an extension for medical at the same time.
