Hi FurioGiunta!
Thanx for your response!

Yeah, back in 2020, IRCC confirmed that my biometrics had been successfully received and attached to my application. In April 2021, I made a call to IRCC and an officer said that my Criminality was in progress and Security was 'not started'.

I mean that almost a year passed since that time, I even sent a fresh PCC to IRCC after the previous one had been expired... Is it OK that the Criminality stage hasn't move even a step forward?
Unfortunately I'm in the same situation as you with regards to Criminality. My Criminality has been in progress since Oct 2020. I submitted my biometrics in Feb 2021 (delay due to covid) hoping this would resolve Criminality, but no change in status, even though biometrics addition was reflected on my online profile. Now it's been almost 18 months and still no change in Criminality status. I will submit fresh PCCs this week with the hope that it will move forward my application, but let's see. One of the agents during my numerous calls to IRCC said that an officer has to look at the file and mark criminality as Passed, and it looks like an officer hasn't looked at my file yet. So while everything is good, unless an officer manually reviews the file and passes the criminality, we are stuck in in progress. My hope is that submitting all these documents will trigger an officer to look at my file. Unfortunately, we can't do anything else, short of filing Mandamus, to force an officer to look at our application. I really really hope our files are not stuck in some sub-optimal queue. Hope that answers your question.

Definitely get new PCCs too, there was someone with Sept/Oct 2020 AOR who had the same status as you, they submitted upfront meds + PCC + POF, they got PPR in a month.

Due dates don't mean anything.
Thank you for your quick reply. In my case Criminality is passes but security not started, Do I need to submit a PCC as well?

Congratulations. My upfront remedical is passed on 5th March, 2022. My security was not started before while others were passed. The very next day to my medical passed, I got a Ghost Update in my profile on 6th March, 2022. I am confused what's the Ghost update is about. Can you please suggest.
Hey @Pretom Ghosh ,
How many days it took for ur portal to show updated medicals ? From when u started counting days for same ( from the day ur physician uploaded ur reports or from the day u uploaded tracking sheets )
What's your AOR and VO ?
In between my reports were uploaded by my physician on 21st Feb .
Do u think my portal too would reflect change soon ?

Hi, it took 21 days for me. From the day the physician uploaded it. My AOR is 6th October, 2020, FSW-O, VO Ottawa. Did you do upfront remedical? If so, then you can expect it soon to be updated.

I have seen people who have Criminality passed, but still being asked for fresh PCCs. So I would suggest you apply for and have the PCC ready at the very least. Now as for submitting it upfront, it is a judgement call. It might not help you as much as someone whose Criminality has not started or is in progress. But note that the whole reason we are doing this upfront business is to make officers notice our applications. In an ideal (and fair) world, we wouldn't have to do any of this crap, but here we are. So I would say it wouldn't hurt to provide it upfront, might even help a bit, but it is ultimately your call.
