Hi, I recently applied for BCPNP international graduate stream. I’m a RN working work in a public hospital. According to my employer, because it is a government run health authorities, they don’t have any certificate of incorporation and they also don’t have access to their business license. I emailed BCPNP and their response is also not clear. I’m wondering if I should just withdraw my application. Did anyone else have the same problem? Thanks!!!

Their response are:
A valid business license is a requirement for all BC PNP categories that require a job offer.
If your employer’s business is exempted from requiring a business license, please cite the municipality that allows that exemption, or explain why a business license is not required for your employer’s business. This information should be submitted at the time of application.
I was invited in the last round but I put some information wrong so I just re-applied. I don’t know if I should submit an explanation letter and hope it works or wait for until I have two 2years of experience and apply the HCP pathway

My advice would be to submit an explanation letter first rather than withdrawing the application. You can take a call based on the reply they give.
Thanks for the advice! I still have some time to think about it before get invited the next round cause it’s $1150 of application fee if it’s only few hundred I probably will go ahead and try it
