Since your parents have visitor visa, try using UCI number (mentioned on visa stamp) to link application. UCI will not change.

Thanks for detailed answer. I tried UCI number as well, nothing comes up... It seems that my application isn't reviewed at all yet.

Me or my parents didn't get any ghost emails. They have a valid visitor visa and have visited Canada 4-5 times since 2015. The UCI # on PGP Medical and Bio request is the same as that was on their Visitor Visa Sticker. It is the same as on line 6 (CBN) and next to the text "PROPERTY OF THE GOVT OF CANADA". I hope this helps those searching for UCI # on a visitor visa sticker

Does your rep get updates and you too? do you receive a notification to your email when your rep get one? because the portal has your email and your rep's email. Please explain and thank you for your attention to this

HI All,

I submitted application on NOV 3 2021. after that I have not received any acknowledgment from IRCC side. Any one in the same boat ? online it only shows application submitted.

Any can tell tentative timeline of the full process ?

Dear All, I have received an email on Feb 4, 2022 about "IMM 5406 provided was not completed fully". And I emailed them with the requested documents on Feb 14, 2022. Now my concern is how many days/weeks they take time to update the online portal? My online portal is still not updated, it is showing RETURNED. Does anyone have any idea or face the same situation? Thanks in advanced
