GU after remed is actually a really good sign. See the money you'd spend on mandamus as an investment into your future and you'd make that money back in no time when you're employed in Canada. Also, you could try using liberals' own tactics against them and send the minister an email on how psychologically devastated and even suicidal you are because of the long wait. You can find a strong and formal way of saying all that. It sounds silly but people have actually been lucky with that approach.

Exactly. No point in sitting and waiting. Grind that mandamus money if you need to and that's money spent in good use, it's totally not a waste. Yeah some Canadian lawyer will have made money off your misfortune but who cares? Think long term. 3k-5k is nothing compared to what you're buying with that PR. (Just make sure to absolutely NOT use your POF for those expenses. Do whatever you do, do NOT touch your POF. Also try not to take big bank loans for mandamus or anything else, no use making your file worse by hitting it right in the financials)

Sadly, despite Taliban warnings, the conflict has not been peaceful, with loss of lives after the first day of the invasion said to be in the hundreds.

Be sure to send them the web form with the documents so that they won't blame you if things go wrong. Tell them you will try re-uploading when their system is capable of receiving your mail but you wanted to give them the documents on time.
