If you are changing your country of residence and will be living in another country for the foreseeable future, you have to inform IRCC by sending a web form and updating your address. Based on your address, once your application is approved, IRCC will send you the passport submission instructions for your CoR.

did you get remedical request or you went for upfront? If upfront when was it?

I got a re-med request this morning. However, my wife, who is 'dependent' in the application did not get the re-med request. We have been residing in Canada for more than one year now on work permits. My wife got her medical done in Europe and mine was done in India in 2020. I was wondering if we should get her an upfront medical or should I only go for my medical as they have not yet requested re-med for her? Our application is FSW-O, AOR 0ct 2020.

Hey, congratulations in advance, I think you will get PPR soon. Did you send only one webform to them after your upfront re medical? Did you send them any email to update? I am asking because I have done upfront re medical on 12/2/2022 and informed them via an webform on 14/2/2022. Still it is not updated in my profile.
