Anyone applied for PPC from Canada for their parents on visitor visa for India clearance?

Hi,
I have sponsored my parents through PGP 2021 and submitted the application on Oct 2021. They are planning to visit me soon and will be staying for 5 months atleast. If they are asked to submit a PCC for India while they are here, what is the process? I checked the document checklist but it is very vague.
