I got my eCOPR on January 10th and still haven't heard from them. Picture and address are still in review. Some people here got eCOPR on Jan 13th and have already received their card. It seems a bit hit or miss. BTW, I'm located in Calgary
Have you linked your PR Card application through GCKEY?

Are you located in Calgary as well? Also, when uploading the picture, did you have any warnings for resolution and/or brightness?
No, Ontario. I did have a warning for resolution, it was 10px under. Still both address/photo showing as submitted in portal.

I see. Mine had the same thing. It is just a theory, I have no proof for it, but I think these warnings end up delaying the processing time. The person who got the PR card already (eCOPR Jan 13th) had no warnings. I think that our case goes to a lengthy line where agents need to review our picture, and when there are no warnings it may go to an "express" line. As I said, just a theory though...

You may be correct - that would make sense. I just wish they'd allow us to amend the original photo submitted. In my case I resized it to the wrong size and assumed the website was wrong, but I realized the error after submission.

That is the thing, the system for submission is totally broken. My photo had the correct resolution according to the specifications, only a few pixels above the minimum, but still, it was inside the interval that they require. I read here that a lot of people had the same problem, and I should not worry about it, just submit and it would get approved. Now I totally regret that decision, but a little too late as we cannot change the documents once it has been submitted.

I sent them an email today as a follow up because I submitted the picture, the declaration and the address on January 22, and a couple of hours later I got my ecopr. Picture and address are still in review though.
What emails address did you use?
