That's all I get once I get through to the call center post dialing all relevant options.

I've tried 4 times now but with no luck.

AOR: 26th July 21
MEP: 1st week Dec
Biometrics: last week Dec
Nothing post that (except 3 GUs in Dec that I could count and 1 in Jan)

No update online and GCMS ordered since 45 days and no response.

Any advise guys on how to reach them???

You have to keep on trying, sometimes it takes 10-12 tries

It took 3 weeks from the eligibility and criminality passed date to get ppr
