I just got a letter indicating "We are returning your submission, including all the supporting documents you included, as it does not meet the requirements for processing". They did not return my entire PR application and supporting documents, only my open work permit application and a checklist saying I'm missing IMM5710. The only supporting documents they did send back are fingerprints, copy of visitor visa, and sponsors birth certificate. Do I need to resubmit my entire PR application or just send back the open work permit app along with missing IMM5710 and the other supporting documents they returned?
