As the mandate, focus is expected on inland and students for PR. Having said, CEC would be here for long time. With omnicron and current geopolitical situation, inland candidate provides quick turnaround. Also understand FSw struggle in start and many break and return, whereas CEC already settle well,Also FSw entry in country is mostly takes couple of months
I said, CEC only round. There are going to be all programs rounds.

That being said, TR to PR will come back sooner or later. TR to PR is parallel to express entry. It does not follow the rules of express entry like point system etc.

Yaa. But biggest question is when will be the round. Seriously still I am not getting rationale to break system(Stopping CEC draws) to fix another which they never going fix it(time to PR)

As you are from somewhere in eastern Europe it shouldn't be that hard to find a job in eu even my friend who has no connections with eu got a job so you should have better odds.
Us won't reccomend because of H1 lottery system, it is purely based on luck.Nice place if you are able to pass that phase though.
All the best for your job hunt.

H1B is not based on the lottery system for all professions. For example, people working in academia can bypass the regular H1B lottery.

Actually they don't have to fly back to submit passport I have shared a video today by kubeir in this forum ,they just have to email ircc and submit it to the nearest visa office if they moved temporary for visit.
The problem is IRCC would not respond quickly. I am not sure if it is a good idea to send passports without IRCC allowing it.

Having CEC only rounds WAS the broken system. What has happened now is a cooldown before restarting the system. They need to clear this mess of massive backlogs before anything else.

Question regarding proof of funds.

Do I have to maintain the money always in my account till my pr is approved because I can raise the money in need if I want to.

I asked this question why because when we applied for PR the they asked for last 6 months avg is 12 k do I have to show the same thing again when I land or just have 12k in my bank.in the forum I have seen them asking for pof as Adr.

It is advisable to maintain that money in your account for the duration. If you do get asked for addituonal documents to verify you have the funds, you don’t want to have to explain a situation where the funds dropped below the threshold, even if it was temporary.
Also bear in mind fluctuating exchange rates.

When CEC folks cry unfair... this is really unfair. If you are inland applicant you don't need to show this fund...

I agree. But as you also know, the rationale being that someone who has been living and working here for (at least) a year has already demonstrated the ability to support themselves financially in some way. How they do that is irrelevant to IRCC really, unless it is illegal.

What will be the possible lowest CEC draw score throughout 2022 - this is the biggest and important question...
The current pool tells the percentiles. We do not know what kind of draws will be there. But lets give it a try. They want 410K folks in.Assuming 3 people per application that gives us 136K invites. Now if this draw restarts at say on first of April, there will be 20 draws that means 6-7000 invites in a draw. Lets take 7000.

From current pool, the cut off will be 491-500, likely 495 or so.
Second will lower it to 485 or so.
Eventually stablizing at 470 or so.
