Pictures of Greeting Cards?

Hi I was just wondering what advice / recommendations people have on how to do greeting cards for relationship proof for a spousal application. I was thinking of taking pictures of the outside of each card and then having 2 pictures per page in Word with the dates below.

For our cards, we just scanned them, front and back, cut and pasted into Word before saving as a PDF. We also included envelopes for cards we've sent when we've been in different countries.
