My employer will contact the MP next week and hopefully we will have a good update. I also got my employer to submit another ATIP at the end of the last year.

It's great seeing some 2019 applications get approved but disheartening to see applicants who applied after me get approved when I've applied in Sept 2019. I hope they do first come first serve for the application results.

HSW March 2020 Inside Canada applicant here.
Got AOR August 15th 2021.
Nothing since AOR.

Many 2021 applicants on the same boat even after applying 1+ years after me.
At this point nothing makes sense to me now.

January 2020. He used his care aide experience as 24 months proof when he was under the PGWP work permit, under the agency’s name. Which is not valid.
Yes, they have to leave Canada soon, he was here since 2017 as a student. But I think they can still appeal because there’s an existing public policy for inside applicant

I saw the employer should not be the government related organization. Normal organization is okay as an employer. Every immigration representative says my case would be fine. I'm 2019 applicant. Would anyone explain about the case of refusal?
