Authorization to return to CANADA

Hello, Can sombody please help me, I was deported in 2005 from Canada, now I am US citizen. IRCC has asked me to apply for ARC in order to visit Canada. Can somebody please send me the application form to apply for ARC. I cant find it online as I am applying for USA.

You have exhausted all legal options. Why are you so desperate to enter Canada? Applying so many times is very unusual. When was your last ARC application.
Adding more one applies sounds like an act of desperation
Best to call it a day and cross Canada off your list of places to visit
Plus if one has applied six times and have been refused six times there more to this story than what’s being told
Being a US citizen now isn’t a get out of jail card for free
