Are you sponsoring a spouse or child? A parent? If not, post under Refugees section for more responses. You should be looking at Group of 5 sponsorship which is private sponsorship.

It sounds like you are asking about Group of Five sponsorship. If so, you need to post your questions to the Refugee / Asylum section of the forum.
