It looks like re medicals are extended for applicants who are at the last stage.
I'm a Dec 8th 2020 AOR with the same VO and US as the COR, still at "You do not need a medical exam....", hoping to get some good news in the next couple of weeks.

There are other pathways isn't it ? For French speakers
There's Quebec skilled worker program for french speakers but it takes a lot more time and you're stuck there till you get citizenship. Apart from Quebec city and Montreal, there isn't much to do there and I wouldn't touch that province with a 10 foot pole except maybe visiting as a tourist for some real poutine (based on all I've heard about that place). Waiting it out for CEC is probably the easiest option for the all caps guy

I have heard not very good things about qubec don't know how true it is ,most people say they are very racist (I think it is more of a language barrier).
He said he has 460 isn't it if he is successful in learning French he can technically get 50 points which will push him to 510.I strongly believe irrespective of strong pessimism there will be atleast a few fsw draws next year at that time 510 can come handy.

Quebec is a place where even if your application was approved, they can still reject it using some bogus reason.

Dude poutine is literally regular french fries with whatever you put on it. They even serve with ketchup and mayo and makes you go why did you guys even feel the need to give this a new name? It's already called fries with ketchup.

Canada has no culture; fuck poutine.
I saw someone serving it with caramel ,that was disgusting how do you eat French fries with damn caramel hmmm
