Appreciate your response in details, so shall my wife upload all forms and supporting documents via webform by putting her UCI and application number? since she got separate UCI and application number just today by IRCC. and then mine UCI and details underneath her details in webform?
Do you have any idea if we need to get Police character certificate attested by Foreign Affairs in my home country ?

Your dependants which means your wife outside Canada will need to submit everything again and if you have children there documents again also. YOur wife can upload the documents via webform, but the issue is if all your file combines have a file size of more than 3.5 MBs, then you will need to do this 3 times at least.

What I did was I reduced the pdf document size and still I needed to submit the webform 3 times. You can say in the webform message that this is email 1 of 3 etc. You should also write in your message please acknowledge if you have received all 3 or 4 of my emails with all the documents. That's what I did

Hope you guys are doing great!
I actually applied through online portal on 06th of August and got AOR just today through an email from Mississauga office.
My question is that they have sent my wife a checklist asking for couple of things like forms, biometric fee and Police character certificate which I have already submitted each and everything except Police character Certificate.
So do I need to submit every single form again ? along with Police Character Certificate?
My case is actually got under Pilot Project. And in email it also says that submit forms and documents only if you have already not done so..

Applicants in July 2021 have already received an official AOR if this is true, it means that ircc is really speeding up! It took about eight months to process before. Yesterday I saw a friend share on the forum that he applied for at the end of July this year. He started to process his case yesterday! is this real? I hope my friends will leave a message to discuss!

ircc really prioritizes all applications for clusters, and some refugee pr applications with spouses submitted in August have already begun to be processed!

No police character was not attested, because they didn’t mention to attest it. They said we need orginal copy, however other documents like birth certificate etc i did get them notarized and sent orginal copy as well as notarized copy. I didn’t do notarization of police certificate, because they have a QR code and it can be verified that way.

i did get a response from them the next day that they received it and the documents will be added to file shortly

yes but also send the next 3 pages just in case. You always want to provide more than what they ask for. So later they don’t request it again
