I called twice and the agents were not able to help me out and clarify things to me. So I just sent a web form inquiry to explain my situation hoping that they will do something.
I have just gone through 2020 citizenship applicants spreadsheet. Most of the people completed Oath ceremony 2020 Jan, Feb, Mar, Apr applicants. Not sure why they delaying 2019 applicants(especially December 2019)

They need to get things back in some sort of order, ridiculous that we are even having this discussion.
the one thing that we have all had rammed down our throats is ‘fairness’
this seems to dispute that canada is built on fairness ?

Indeed. If all applications are delayed for the same time, while respecting the order of applications, I am sure no one would complain. We all know there has been a lockdown and slowdown, but seeing 2021 applicants advance ahead of us 2019 applicants is infuriating.

If they are not back to office they need to work and reality is they will work on the online application . Until someone back to office and start clearing up the backlog of paper based applications

Hi friends,

I think the waiting never ends with IRCC. I have been scheduled for oath ceremony for tomorrow and did not get any invitation. I called IRCC three times and agents kept saying that the date I see on tracker is not actual unless I receive the invitation email, and the oath date will change on tracker. I don't know if anyone else faced the same issue, I came across different threads and couldn't find a similar situation!!! I sent an email to Ottawa office explaining my situation and sent a web form to IRCC but no one replied.

Did anyone face such an issue with oath invitations?

You are not the first one to face this situation. Just 10 days ago someone else missed the oath because they didn't receive the oath's invitation. If you didn't receive it, then you will be rescheduled. It's frustrating to be happy to be done soon, but at the last minute you know it's not final.

I fell it's November. More December 2019 applicants received oath than November 2019 in the last few months
I don't think that's true about Dec getting more oath than November, many people stopped following this forum after entering their information, so the information might not be reflective of the true numbers

Hi,
I am in exact same situation with my Oath, which is scheduled for December 29, 2021. I haven't received an invitation email as of today.
I've used the web form twice.
After the first form submission, I got a response that my request was forwarded to the correct department and it will be addressed promptly.
After two weeks of silence, I had submitted via web form another request to send me the Oath invitation/instructions.
The second time I did not get any meaningful response aside from a generic email that they deal with urgent issues only.

Have you missed your Oath or managed to get the invite? Are there any updates on your online account?

Is it really true all I can do is miss the Oath, sit and wait again until they re-schedule the Oath date, and eventually send the invitation?

Any suggestions/advice?

Many Thanks
