Hello! I'm applying under the Spouse or Common Law Partner in Canada Class. I have all my official documents translated by a Certified Translator in Mexico where i'm from. Will all this translated documents be valid even if i'm applying from inside Canada? All the information i have found is very ambiguous.

In principle if you did it correctly there it should be fine. But you don't mention whether you have notarised copies of the original docs - which form can be a bit specific in some latin American companies.

Honestly my suggestion would be that if in doubt and in Canada - get the translations and notarised copies done here and save yourself the worry. Certified translation bureaux here will do it to standard the governmemt requires.

Caveat that i don't know specifics about Mexican docs and translations.

Thank you! And yes, all the documents are certified as IRCC asks for Mexico.
