1. You just have to wait.

2. If you added your spouse, it can take 3-5 months to process that. After that is done and given that your personal checks are done, you should get a PPR, depending on how quickly IRCC is issuing PPR in your country. There is no specific timeframe that is available.
@legalfalcon

I got CBSA notes today. No movement on application. No mention of new spouse.

1. Does your 3-5 month timeline start once i notify them or when they add her to my application for processing?

Been 23 months since ITA and 22 months since AOR. Really losing marbles with all this waiting.

2. Is there some email address for CPO Ottawa office I can email. Is there something i can do here?

1. The processing time starts from the day your R10 is passed.

2. You just have to wait it out unless you want to file a mandamus - https://bit.ly/3nJ6jKu

UPDATE:

My portal updated today with my new upront medical result.

Thank jesus himself! Really hoping this is a sign somebody looked at our application and is checking my spouse's documents!!

Did upfront medical on 2nd September. Notified IRCC 2nd September.
Heard nothing.
Sent various webforms.
Sent webform on 23rd November regarding medical.
25th November- profile updated - medical information updated on profile.

Does my medical exam update mean an officer looked at my application?? Is it news for jumping up and down?

@legalfalcon Need your expert advise.
My profile is FSW Outland (Currently in USA)AOR February 15th. Last time I checked all stages are passed and awaiting final approval like so may other applicants .
I got re medical request last week for me and my wife last week (to be completed by December 23rd).

I have a new born baby on August 2021. I havent updated IRCC on the new born yet due to delay in getting he passport. I saw that once I inform IRCC on the new born, I will have to submit passport and relevant docs in 30 days so still waiting for her passport.

Do you think I made mistake in delaying IRCC know that I had a baby and adding dependent to my application. Me and my wife can take the re medicals irrespective of the child situation right?

Any input is appreciated.

I think you have to do it anyway. You didn't have a choice.

It is your responsibility to immediately update IRCC as soon as your family composition changes. If you have not done so, you should do it now.
