Have anyone been waiting over 5 months with Pre arrival and Dm ?

My gc key account status changed from we need additional documents to not applicable.but they didn't asked me to provide any documents.is there someone who knows about this?any idea

I got mine in September 2021. Got request to do medical and police clearance again as both has been expired. Now waiting since than.

I am an Indian Citizen but applied for PR from USA. So how would I know which Visa Office is processing my application? Will it be in the USA or India??
