Typically. Save yourself time by scanning it now and having that prepared.

I was asked for it, and a week after submitting, I was asked for my US exits/entries history too.
Thanks for the reply! i was just wondering if that passport pages copy was requested to everybody. i didnt travel much since i came here Canada [9yrs ago] i only visited back home once and that was 7yrs ago.

It seems like right now they are requesting passport copies from everyone (or almost everyone). Just to verify that all is on the up and up.

Not everyone is asked for it.
I wasn't asked, and there are many others for who this wasn't asked for.

Congrats Dear. If you don’t mind can u please tell me the procedure to get I-94 record/ US Entry Exits ??
It is thankfully easy and instant, no waiting!!!! You go to https://i94.cbp.dhs.gov/ and click on View Travel History. You enter in your information (passport #, name, dob, etc), and it'll show you all your entries and exits they have on record for you. Please keep in mind there are sometimes mistakes on the record - one of my departures was not recorded properly, so it looked like I had two arrivals, one after another. So just be wary when using it, and make sure to double check with your other travel history information.

Thanks for your quick reply. I already tried to get US Entry / Exits from there but no Information available there instead of only one entry and Exit. So don’t know how can I find other entry exits. I also want to mention here that I am Permant Resident of the United States to…

If it was from a long time ago they might not have it. I would contact the border guards (you can call any location, try the non busy outposts such as ones on the Canadian border) and ask them how to request your entry and exit history.

Oh one other note, I was told my oath would be IN PERSON and that in person would be resuming unless covid numbers started getting worse again.
Were you notified by email or on the phone? Was a date set for the in-person interview?

1. Is it possible to give the zoom link to my family so they can be part of the ceremony too? I'll tell them to make sure they are always muted (as stated in the oath schedule letter)

2. (For people who have community mailboxes) @Mystico_90 @HeidiA Would the citizenship certificate and later on the passport be delivered just to the mailbox or to the door? (You know when a package needs signature at the delivery point)

3. Other than citizenship certificate and then passport, does cic send any other communication through mail? (Asking in case I move)

1. No, I think you will see it on the letter that you can't share the link. Please read it carefully. They can be present with you during the ceremony. I am assuming your family is living in a different province/country. Do not share the link with someone..

2. Not sure about the community mailbox, I live in an apt. You might have to ask during your ceremony to get clarification. You will have a convo with the officer for registration where they will confirm your address. You can ask them to confirm. For my certificate, I didn't have to sign anything. For passport, I did it in person.

3. No, the certificate will come via mail and the passport (should be too). I did the passport in person. If you are applying for the passport via mail, then you might get some communication (e.g., missing items). I am not sure about it.

Yes my family is out of country. In that case, it means they can't be there and see me virtually in the ceremony right? bummer :(

So you got your passport in person from the office?

So you got your passport in person from the office on Brunswick St Halifax?
1. No, I don't think it's possible.. unless you setup another phone beside you facing towards you so they can hear.. :(
2. Yes, I applied by going there and picked up from there. It's time consuming but easy...
