Could anyone chime in please, since we want to make sure we did everything we could in this matter?

1) We submitted a document via the Web Form explaining our situation (original physician bungled our medical, so we restarted our medicals with a new panel physician and completed them). This has already delayed our application by at least 6 weeks. Between the incomplete medical exam results having been uploaded and us completing new medicals, our application status had been (and still is): "We are reviewing the results of your medical exam."

2) We called the CIC Call Centre at 1-888-242-2100, but the agent only gave generic information and wouldn't look into our application.

3) We've read in the forums that IRCC agents discuss application details, so: is there maybe another call centre we could call?

Congratulations. What does your background says? Did it ever change to In Progress from processing and was it new medicals or old medicals?

Same here, I got one GU (no email or anything) just logged in and it said it was updated - I used medicals from May (I wanted to apply for TR 2 PR but wasn't able to apply in time)
