STUDY
Thank you for your interest in studying in Canada. After careful review of your study permit
application and supporting documentation, I have determined that your application does not meet
the requirements of the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act (IRPA) and Immigration and
Refugee Protection Regulations (IRPR). I am refusing your application on the following grounds:
• I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay, as stipulated in
subsection 216(1) of the IRPR, based on the purpose of your visit.
You are welcome to reapply if you feel that you can respond to these concerns and can
demonstrate that your situation meets the requirements. All new applications must be
accompanied by a new processing fee. What should I do

You need to provide your full profile.

So what should I do
Let everyone know about your complete profile. So someone will be able to respond to your questions. Your post just means the study permit has been refused. Be more specific... Like: Any relatives in Canada? Ties in your home country? etc.

Yesterday I got a refusal for my students visa the reason made by the officer is that" I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay, as stipulated in
subsection 216(1) of the IRPR, based on the purpose of your visit." My class has already started and my first semester is going to end soon....what to do should I reapply

One last time, no one can help you unless you post your full profile. Post your full profile.

You need to tell us what your background is, i.e. education and professional, and the course you applied for so we can advise you.

How to post full profile

You need to write out your full details such as:
- how old you are
- what citizenship you hold and where you live now if not in your home country
- your IELTS scores
- your past education and marks achieved
- you past / current work experience
- your planned studies in Canada, including the school
- how much you showed for proof of funds
- if you have previous travel to countries requiring visas
- what proof of ties you showed in your application
- etc.
