does this means they r looking at my application?? Or start reviewing my application?

They only start looking into your application when the eligibility review start.

Hi all. I applied from US for TRV on sept. 3 2021, gave biometrics on Sept 23 2021 and my eligibility review started almost 3 weeks ago on 19t October. No update since then :( I wanna travel by 24th November. I applied using GC Key and also sent in a webform earlier this week after normal processing time was passed. I am thinking to re apply using new portal on Wednesday now.
