I really appreciate your words yes my tb was negative I just want to know while they are investigating the tb are they gonna hold all medical results or just the tb

They will hold medicals until they assess the tb results. Then they pass it all together. That's what I've seen. The other parts of application like eligibility etc will process normally

Hi, once Sputum test is done, will we receive a letter from IrcC if there will be a need for medication or will the panel physician be the one to advise?

Usually IRCC asks the applicants for sputum results and 2nd X-Ray and also asks them to visit chest specialist recommended by panel physician to look at the findings of the tests and the X-ray.The chest specialist then comments whether the applicant has no TB or needs medication.The applicant needs to submit the the chest specialist's notes to panel physician who then submits the reports to IRCC,
