Obtain visa with Sinopharm vaccine

I have some relatives that want to come and visit me, however they were vaccinated by the Peruvian governmnent with Sinopharm, can they request a tourist visa with that vaccine and then come and do the quarantine?

Any info on that would be greatly appreciated.

Sure they can apply. Include a 14 day quarantine plan.

Depending on what type of family member they may be able to get a TRV. More of an extended family needs to be vaccinated with the 4 vaccines approved in Canada to enter Canada.
