I have been diagnosed with TB in the year 2009-10 and since then it has been inactive and there have been no complications.
Recently I have started my procedure for the Canada PR so will that old disease cause any kind of problem in my visa application or at the stage of getting my medical done.

It's possible it might prolong the medical process (e.g. extra tests, longer to process). However this should not prevent you from being approved.
