I submitted TWO APPLICATIONS AT THE SAME TIME. One is old Live in caregiver, then the HCCP. You can even submit an application in express entry and TR to PR pathway at the same time. As long as YOU WONT submit two applications in one program, that’s the conflict.

Hi guys! Need some guidance. I read this on the website regarding the LETTER OF EMPLOYMENT. Does anyone have a request of this from ircc?

An “offer of employment” is not the same as a “job offer letter”. If your employer doesn’t need an LMIA to hire you for the job, they need to submit the offer of employment in the Employer Portal. Once submitted, the portal generates an offer of employment number that you need when you apply for your work permit.

Finally got a request for updated forms, Dec 2019 applicant.

I just noticed it asks for "An updated letter and offer of employment" which in my mind is just the imm5983. However, 5983 is just the offer of employment, I didn't submit any "updated letter" since basically, all info requested is within imm5983. Did anyone submit some form of a narrative letter from employer stating the need for a caregiver?

Also had a request to update imm5669 and imm5406 just like most folks here.

It doesn't mention anything about posting in the Employer Portal. It just says to give the employee that you wish to hire the IMM5983e form.

You don’t need to provide if you are outside canada . Just provide offer of employment.

Oh okay. I’m inside Canada actually, and I don’t have request yet. I just read this request to 2019 applicants. But I also need this information (if we have to do it or not) for my sister in Philippines (she will replace me as soon as I finished my contract). Thanks

I was referring to OFFER OF EMPLOYMENT, not job offer form. If they only requested a job offer letter, then that is easy to provide.
