I came to Canada with my common-law partner. I am the main applicant, came with a student visa and then I applied for my PGWP. The processing times are very long, I am still waiting to receive it.
In the meantime I started working full-time and got 3 pay slips.
My question is - Can I apply to extend my partners open work permit now? (without my approved PGWP, as it is still being processed?) I have a job in NOC B , and the 3 pay slips that are required.
