URGENT: Changing DLI high school, district and province inside Canada

I have to change my locations from one province to another and change high schools. I have a study permit for my previous school but I am not sure what steps to follow now. The IRCC website specifies the necessity to change study permits if you are a post-secondary student (not secondary).

You need to get a new LOA from the new school. School has already started. Are you in Canada? Have you been studying at the other school?
