• you’re applying from outside Canada
• you’re applying through the TFWP
• you’ll be working outside of Quebec, and
• your employer applied for an LMIA on or after June 18, 2019

My lmia was approved on june 2019 as child care provider and got 2 years work permit in September 2019 and now my pr file applied under hccp

I am April 2021 applicant. As I have heared from this group that application submitted after 20th April 2021 has been returning back by IRCC, should I perpare documents for 2022. One think is considrable that I have not received any intimation by IRCC regarding return back of my file.

I just signed in to my profile and to my surprise the content of my application are missing just like they were deleted, anyone else experiencing this?

I tried to login but the portal was not working. I think nothing to worry. There are some issues on their side.

Indeed it is, to think that most of the application are online and everything will be gone, someone will think that the CIC will have a secured system but not, if I am not mistaken I even saw it got jacked several times before

No updates I am Jan 2020 applicant. IRCC requested NOA and letter of explanation from my employer which was submitted Sept 04 so far no reply after that.

There’s a public policy that inside canada applicants are EXEMPTED until December this year.
