I applied for my mom and her dependent sponsorship on June 15,2019.
After a long wait of 24 months, I got a letter to submit their biometrics on June 15, 2021 . When I applied my mom was 79 years old am dating hence I paid the biometrics fee for her along with her dependent.
When I tried to book biometric appointment it wouldn’t let me as my mom is now 82 years old. Hence as per VFS office I submitted the biometrics on August 9 for her dependent.
Since then I haven’t heard from anyone.
I would like to know the following
1. What is the procedure after we submit the biometrics. How long it takes to get medical papers from
New Delhi office?
2. I read the thread and shows PCC required. When do we have to submit this.?
3. From anyone’s past experience , can anyone tell me if I send the Ircc we firm to New Delhi office how long it takes to get the reply
4. If I submit query under information act IMM5744e form will I get the response.
5. My mom is already 83 years old

Please help me and guide me through the process
