Same here, I sent them a webform and all I got was just an automatic response . If is not Covid, then is the afghan refugees, we are always at the bottom.
That is the annoying part. After this Afghanistan, something else will become the excuse for delay. How can all the resources be deployed to focus only on one area? Anyways, at last we will all be fine

you said you sent 4 web forms , were you waiting 5 business days after each webform sent ?

Hey everyone, my friend needs to travel this December urgently and wants to renew her RTD. I see from the comments that IRCC hasn't been responsive to webforms, so instead of sending a webform requesting urgent processing- should she just mail the package and attach the reason for travel?

Also- there are two addresses, to which one should she send?

I applied non-urgent but things changed, so I applied urgent one on June 4th, I send a letter that why I need an Urgent travel doc. and call them a couple of times.
Did you send a letter with your application or sent by web enquiry?

if you send your application via regular mail (I.e. Canada post) it will go to Ottawa (at least with epost system).

BTW, the issuing office is in Gatineau QC which shares borders with Ottawa ON, so the addresses might be few minutes away from each other even though they're in different provinces

I texted Passport Canada on Facebook and this is what they texted me back. ”Hello, after verification with the proper division, we were informed that request responses were up to date.We suggest that you resubmit your request via the IRCC Webform at: https://secure.cic.gc.ca/enquiries-renseignements/canada-case-cas-eng.aspx
My dear, it is really so tiring because the date I told them I want to travel is already too close now. I doubt if they will even allow me again. I gave September 18th as my travel date but thats too close now

Give them a call +1-888-242-2100 and keep me updated please with what they told you.

one of my friend got his RTD yesterday he applied in May and now he is willing to visit France on RTD so I just want to know he does need anything except a return ticket, hotel booking, vaccine certificate, and a negative PCR?

Can anyone help me in applying urgent travel document. I sent 2 requests for applying the urgent travel document but I received the random response saying below:

My nature of travelling is that my company wants to send me to their NY showroom to perform an important one of my job role as a controller and I don't know if that consider as mean of urgent travel by IRCC. I attached the letter from my company as well requesting to provide me with the travel document and nature of my visit as well.

Did anyone received the canada epost email for sending the document after receiving the email below?

We will respond to these priority enquiries only:

· Clients in crisis situations (like those affected by the situation in Afghanistan)

· Clients facing vulnerable circumstances (emergency and urgent requests)

· Clients who need to tell us about a change in their circumstances, which has a direct impact on their application (like marriage, birth of a child, or similar)

· Clients who are submitting documents requested by one of our officers

· Changes in contact information

· Requests to withdraw an application or refunds

If your enquiry is NOT one of the priority enquiries listed above, you will not receive a reply.

If you included attachments with your enquiry, rest assured that they will be added to your file shortly.

That is just an automatic email. They do not respond to anyone lately. I sent 3 webforms already .

Hi I applied 20th exactly last month for urgent travel though epost connect. Still waiting. Has one got the travel document recently. Please share your time line . It will be much appreciated
