1. What is the benefit to online vs mailing in the application?
2. Is the response time much different?

The online option is a pilot programme and quite new. So no one really knows if it will be faster esp at beginning.

Seems to be maybe 7-10 days faster than mail for AOR1 so far based on July’s Outland applications. Seems like it’ll all get done in a similar timeframe. So up to you what you want to do really.

Thanks so much for the info! I would do it online, but I am not a techie. I am concerned the bugs might not be worked out yet. But there are cons to mailing it in too.
